The Brief
This restaurant in Seaford required an entire refurbishment, including an overhaul of the interior and a complete revamp of the exterior.
The owners required a range of tradesmen to work closely with them to create their desired aesthetic within an equally functional place for their business to run. As these works were on a trading restaurant, specific planning and health and safety requirements had to be considered. We were engaged to oversee and coordinate the entire project.
The Works
The Moon of India is a prime example of how at Your Construction Shop, we project manage works from design to completion.
This project involved not only the selection and management of a range of tradesmen including builders, labourers, designers and decorators, but the co-ordination of the contractors as they either worked together or in succession with each other to keeps works running in line with the agreed timescales.
